Habits

Habits are the good routines you want to keep up — drinking water, an evening walk, a weekly tidy. Log them as you go and watch your streaks build.

Creating a habit

  1. Tap the + button. Choose Habit from the add sheet.
  2. Name your habit. Keep it simple, like "Morning stretch."
  3. Choose how often it repeats. Pick the schedule that fits, then save.

Logging a habit

Each time you do the habit, log it. You can log a habit once per day — that's all it takes to keep your streak going.

Already logged? If you've logged a habit today, it's marked done for the day. Come back tomorrow to log it again.

Three ways to view habits

On the Plan tab, the date-range dropdown changes how your habits are shown:

Per-habit streaks

Each habit keeps its own streak — the run of days (or scheduled times) you've kept it up. It's a satisfying way to see your consistency grow.

Suggesting a habit to your partner

Found a habit worth sharing? You can suggest it to your partner. They'll see it in their suggestions and can accept it to add it to their own habits.

The habit detail view

Open any habit to see its detail view, including your log history grouped by week — a clear record of how you've been doing over time.
