Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These are the working Terms of Use for Divly during the testing phase. By using the app you agree to them. (Draft — final wording will be confirmed before public launch.)
What Divly is
Divly is a household coordination app for couples and families: shared tasks, habits, lists, progress tracking, and an AI helper. It's a planning tool — AI suggestions are ideas to consider, not medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you suspect misuse. The household owner manages billing, member removal, and account deletion for the whole household.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break security, scrape other households, overload the AI features, or use Divly for anything unlawful.
Subscriptions & trial
Divly is sold per household with a free trial. Payments and renewals are handled by the App Store / Google Play under their terms; you can cancel anytime from your store subscription settings.
The honest fine print
Divly is provided as-is while we build it. We work hard to keep your data safe and the app reliable, but we can't promise zero bugs or downtime, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app.
